8. Limitation of Liability

• Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of kg333 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and survives the termination of your account or these Terms.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

kg333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, or failure to complete identity verification. On suspension, any pending bets will be settled according to standard rules, and real-money balances not subject to active investigations will be returned.

10. Governing Law and Disputes
